Solid IT Networks Opens New Louisiana Operations
NEW ORLEANS– MAY 11, 2011 – Solid IT Networks today announced the launch of its operations in Chalmette, Louisiana. The new location is at 913 E. Judge Perez Drive. The new offices will focus on IT and Technology solutions within the government and educational markets, with a focus on technology infrastructure projects in the area. The office will house sales, engineering, and support staff as well as serve as a staging point for on-going infrastructure projects in St. Bernard Parish.

The Chalmette office will be managed by Robert Weston, who has over 23 years of experience in the technology services industry. Prior to joining Solid IT Networks, Robert worked as the regional manager for Enterasys Networks and was responsible for establishing the brand in Louisiana.
Solid IT on the Move
On October 1, 2010 Solid IT is moving its Houston Service Center to a new 11,000 square foot facility. As the Company continues its growth, we have steadily added new engineers and installation technicians. The new facility will provide much needed office space as well as a dedicated network engineering lab for testing and evaluation of new technologies. The larger warehouse will support the higher volumes of equipment involved in staging multiple projects for our increased customer base. The new facility is an important step for Solid IT to maintain the innovation and responsiveness that our Customers expect. Our new address is 16507 Hedgecroft, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77060.
